Real Estate Portfolio
What began with the purchase of a 3-family home in Irvington, New Jersey has transformed into nothing short of a real estate empire. Adenah owns multiple multi-family homes and apartment buildings throughout Irvington, Newark, and northern New Jersey. She also owns the property on which her Irvington IHOP stands. Many of her properties were formerly blighted buildings that she renovated and transformed into residential and commercial buildings for the community.

The building is walking distance to Penn Station and minutes from restaurant row.
