Real Estate Portfolio

What began with the purchase of a 3-family home in Irvington, New Jersey has transformed into nothing short of a real estate empire. Adenah owns multiple multi-family homes and apartment buildings throughout Irvington, Newark and northern New Jersey. She also owns the property on which her Irvington IHOP stands. Many of her properties were formerly blighted buildings that she renovated and transformed into residential and commercial buildings for the community.

915 Broad Street

915 Broad Street is Adenah’s latest mixed-use redevelopment project. It will continue the transformation of downtown Newark by offering 84 stylishly appointed and energy efficient residences with stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, oversized windows, a doorman and concierge service, a fitness center, state-of-the-art security, and laundry on every floor. Newark’s second IHOP, which will be owned and operated by Adenah, and her signature restaurant, Cornbread, are also part of the project. The building is walking distance to Penn Station and minutes from restaurant row.
